Chronic diseases are health conditions with lasting impact of more than three months to a lifetime. These conditions are untreatable but can be managed using pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical practices. They can be controlled through lifestyle changes and the management of side effects through medications. Chronic diseases have been classified as an essential burden of disease to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's (KSA) healthcare system. This research aims to determine the usage and evaluate the effectiveness and outcomes of digital health interventions in managing chronic diseases in adults 18 to 65 in Saudi Arabia. This study was conducted according to the Cochrane Handbook for Systematic Review (2015) to review the effects of digital health interventions. It reported using the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Analysis (PRISMA) 2020 version to ensure the review process's completion, accuracy, and transparency. 11 articles were reviewed, and four themes were revealed. They include the usage and Usefulness of digital health services, the effectiveness of digital health interventions in improving the management and control of chronic health conditions, the Impact of digital health interventions on chronic health conditions management, and Barriers and facilitators to implementing digital health interventions.
