Abstract
The purpose of titled "A Human Rights Impact Assessment of How WTO Rules on Patents Under the TRIPS Agreement Impacts on Access to Medicines in LDCs" is to analyze and assess the impact of the World Trade Organization (WTO) rules on patents, specifically under the TRIPS Agreement, on access to medicines in Least Developed Countries (LDCs).
