Non-Muslim Nurses’ Experience of Providing Spiritual and Cultural End-of-Life Care to Adult Muslim Patients: A Systematized Literature Review
Abstract
The provision of adequate end-of-life care to patients of different cultures, faiths, beliefs, and languages can create unique challenges, placing additional demands on the nurses involved. However, the evidence base is limited regarding non-Muslim nurses’ experiences of providing spiritual and cultural end-of-life care to adult Muslim patients.
Aim: This research aims to explore non-Muslim nurses’ experience of delivering end-of-life cultural and spiritual care to adult Muslim patients.
