Abstract

This study aimed to identify the impact of human resource management practices on the innovative behavior of employees in health departments in the Hafr Al-Batin region in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This study relied on designing a questionnaire to measure the study variables. The SPSS V.26, Smart PLS4 program was used, and the population size was 7100 employees, and the sample size was 404 individuals from employees in health departments in the Hafr Al-Batin region in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The results of the study reached several results, the most important of which is the existence of a correlation between the sub-dimensions of the variable related to human resource management practices and the sub-dimensions of the variable related to the innovative behavior of employees, the existence of a positive moral effect of the dimensions of human resource management practices on the dimensions of the innovative behavior of employees, and the existence of partial significant differences in the opinions of employees in health departments in the Hafr Al-Batin region in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia regarding the study variables (human resource management practices - innovative behavior of employees) according to their demographic variables (gender - years of experience - level of education).
