dc.description.abstractIn this research i go through The challenges facing the d/Deaf community in the financial world and go over ways to enhance and improve their experience in banking services as well as help Esquared a UK company that proposes their project SigningBank which is a platform that helps the d/Deaf community to reach its potential . The d/Deaf community face obstacles risks on daily bases in the financial sector due to the miscommunication that comes from lack of understanding and Esquared is looking for ways to improve accessibility while reaching product fit market level. This is a proposal for SigningBanks UK to become the go-to platform for banking accessibility training and to connect the d/Deaf community with UK banks. The recommendations include: -Elevate SigningBanks UK as the go-to platform for banking accessibility training and enhancing the banking staff insight into the d/Deaf community. -Establish SigningBanks UK as a dedicated platform and the main connector between the d/Deaf community and UK banks. -Regularly engage with the d/Deaf community and use the feedback to refine the platform and its services. -By implementing these recommendations, SigningBanks UK can boost financial inclusivity for the d/Deaf community and ensure its own sustainable future
