dc.description.abstractSupply chain organisations are extremely important in supply chain management. Studies that have been conducted in these firms has been wanting as they have not covered performance objectives despite studying related concepts such as supply chain management processes, structures, practices, and theoretical models. The qualitative study aims to research the influence of operational supply chain strategies on the performance of Masha Tailoring company operating in the Middle East. The aim was to determine the various operational strategies and the way they align with the company’s ideology. Eight individuals working at Mashar Tailoring were interviewed using semi-structured survey after which a thematic analysis was used to determine the elements that influenced the business operations as well as vision.
