Over the time, the demand for hazards expectation and establishing standards for constructions to be followed depends on their unique properties that have been essentially needed. In order of obtaining these purposes, monitoring an existing building, bridge, or even the landslide deformation to understand their behaviour is one the most effective way to reach that. Geodetic GNSS receiver technique is one of the methods that are reliable in case of monitoring deformation with high accuracy and precision in particular environmental circumstances. However, the high cost of this equipment, the need for more than one receiver in some project cases, and some other difficulties are making the technique hard to apply. Here where the alternative low-cost GNSS receiver solution has been provided to be a choice for replacing the high-cost receivers. In this study, the low-cost receiver will be taken place and, the study will show how low-cost receiver surprisingly has provided good results that are nearly from the geodetic receiver residuals with more post-processing.
