The COVID-19 pandemic has affected the whole world. The international closure policies caused a major crisis on the economy and work. It also caused many workers to lose their jobs and income. The situation of companies has become very difficult during this pandemic and the working relationship between business owners and their employees has been shaken. Decreased revenues for companies caused an imbalance in the implementation of employers' responsibilities and obligations to employees. This study aims to investigate the impact of COVID-19 on the employer's responsibility towards employees and how employers have dealt with this crisis to balance their interests with the interests of their employees. In addition to studying the extent to which the employees feel job security during the epidemic period and their feelings towards the employer's commitment to their responsibility. The study also aims to identify the extent of the state's contribution during the Covid-19 pandemic in achieving this stability for organizations and employees. The study was conducted on a sample of employers, managers, and employees in the restaurants sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
