dc.description.abstractIn these days, many construction organizations have gone to work with virtual teams which require project managers to be aware of the most prominent challenges they face while managing such teams. Among these challenges is communication between team members, difference in cultures and trust among team members. This dissertation is based on exploring the impact of multinational virtual design teams on client satisfaction on construction projects. Through conducting qualitative research and interviewing two architects who had worked with virtual teams on an overseas project. The findings of this dissertation were that there is a strong relation between the communication challenge and the rest of the challenges and as well as the client satisfaction through the level of service and quality.
