dc.description.abstractThe study aims to explore the new and relevant topic of the digital transformation impact on the HEIs under the recent health crisis. Through answering the research question of how digital transformation implicated the shift of knowledge creation and transfer in the HEIs, in the time of covid-19 pandemic?. Moreover, to investigate the research question, the study will conduct an in-depth qualitative case study (Gerring, 2007a) of a HEI based in the United Kingdom (UK) named Alpha (pseudonym). As for the data collection process, the study would interview different actors to clarify and explain their knowledge processes during the pandemic.
