dc.description.abstractThis project focuses on strategic marketing for The Sporting Network (TSN) wherein GO-TO-Market Planning is used to facilitate the company enters into new markets of the UK and South Africa. For this purpose three objectives are considered for this report. These are, to gain feedback on the provided template, to examine and evaluate each approach and its potential for success that will be weighed based on several data points and to complete the template and compile the Target Customer List, which will serve as a by-product of this report and will help guide TSN in testing the findings. The data for this project has been gathered from quantitative and qualitative data collection methods. From the findings thus gathered, it has been concluded that as per the comparative study of the key players in the sports technology industry, TSN can collaborate with one or more firms like Pitchero, League Republic or Sportsengineers and reduce the entry barriers, improve innovation and enhance its technical competencies.
