The source of the contractual obligation of confidentiality is the contract, and since the latter is the meeting of two wills and its content is determined according to the points upon which the two wills agree, any obligation that arises must be based on the agreement of both the wills that make up the contract, and in the event that there are no points of meeting between the wills of the two parties, this means that the wills of both parties will not arise. Commitment: An agreement between the two parties is required that the commitment be confidential
