This letter examines Fintech risks and regulatory responses related to financial technology in the UK and Saudi Arabia. Conventional financial institutions contain many risks. However, Fintech contains higher risks than its counterparts. Chapter one argues for two risks of fintech, namely, regulatory risk and regulatory opacity. In the second chapter, a study of a UK company, PaymentSense, was presented. In the last chapter, Foodics Company from Saudi Arabia was presented with a comparison of the organization between it and the UK and the outlook for your fintech.
