This Dissertation designs and analyses the Unmanned Underwater Vehicles that reaches deep sea levels Environment, starting by reviewing the literature to keep up with the state of the art technology and environmental constrains, then going forward to discuss the details of the design, and ending up in implementing Finite Element Analysis using Parametric optimization
