P53 and MET mutations in patients with endometrial cancer

Abstract

The aim of the current study is to determine the frequency of TP53 R273C and MET T1010I mutations in tumours from White and South Asian populations, while also analysing mutations in larger datasets. Specific objectives are: 1. To analyse the cBioPortal database and compare the frequency of the TP53 and MET mutations according to age, grade, stage, and ethnicity. 2. To identify the frequency of the TP53 mutations in tumours from south Asian and white patients. 14

3. Explore TP53 and MET mutations’ impact on patient’s survival through the utilization of cBioPortal.
