Enterprise Mobility is a North America (NA)-based firm with FY24 revenue of USD 38 billion (Forbes, 2024) and ranked as the 7th largest privately held business in North America. Key financial management issues that threaten to destabilise the firm's position as market leader are presented by its impressive financial growth indicators. Serving over 2.4 million vehicles in 9,500+ facilities across 90+ countries, with four different rental models — daily rentals, fleet management, exotic car rentals, and subscription services —the organisation has recorded a 7.9% compound annual growth rate since FY18. Nonetheless, such growth has brought intricacy of operations that could be cannibalising the projected economies of scale (Pancras et al., 2012).
