dc.description.abstractCompanies are looking for different ways in which to improve their employee and organizational performance in a highly competitive market. This research aims to analyze and explore how employee performance can be improved through workplace diversity. It examines the different forms of diversity such as age, education and gender diversity and how they can impact both employee and organizational performance. Furthermore, theories are examined on their view on diversity effect on employee performance. Through an in-depth analysis rooted in previous researches, this paper contributes valuable insights into how workplace diversity enables improvement in employee and organizational performance.
