Abstract
This thesis aims to shed light on the knowledge of the types of crises that
any organization may face, internally or externally, crises that may be easily
bypassed and others that are difficult to deal with.
In order to identify and analyse these risks and know the stage of each type
of crisis and how this analysis will help in the quality of the prior and current
planning of the organization to help the members of the organization's
management team to develop appropriate plans to overcome the impact of
these crises and to ensure the correct and rapid implementation of these
procedures.
The thesis discusses the main purpose of crisis management is to prevent
or reduce loss in the event of any crisis that may threaten the organization
and thus improve efficiency and recovery from crises.
In this thesis, we will get acquainted with some crises also we will about
the Covid-19 crisis, which began in the first months of 2020 and led to a
significant decline in the global economy and how this crisis affected all the
world’s population.
