dc.description.abstractThis paper assesses the different corporate level strategies that the company has employed over time, and those that it currently employs to ensure that it remains relevant in the fast changing world of commerce. The history of the company is first assessed to gain a clear image of the company, the challenges it has met, what has worked or not worked in its favour over time, and the probable impacts of the company’s current strategies on its future in the food and beverages industry. Graphical representations are also included to give a clear image of the explanations and sources of information provided.
