| dc.description.abstract | Previous studies have revealed that during the COVID-19 crisis, some government agencies, public health organisations and journalists accounts have used social media to communicate with citizens, and social media users have used social media to seek information about COVID-19. During this crisis, social media has enabled rapid dissemination of information about COVID-19. However, the spread of misinformation and disinformation is a problem that users have faced while seeking information about COVID-19, even from trusted sources, on social media. | |
