Abstract

Our Project

A consultancy team has been formed and approached Slough based video production company called resource productions to find the different ways of help in this company to improve its growth. The financial problem of Berkshire film office, which is charity run by resource productions, is focused to be dealt by the team.

Our Research

Internal research and external research has been carried out in order to get the required information about business activities and the problems of BFO. Interview played a very important role in identifying the ineffectiveness of existing sign posting service of BFO in generating the required revenue. External research helped in identifying the opportunities and challenges of BFO in UK film industry the internal analysis found the strengths of BFO which could be used to address its problem.
