dc.description.abstractThis research looked at the UK-GCC relations during the period between 1979-1985. It examined key events such as the Islamic revolution in Iran, the Iraq-Iran war, and the threats to global energy security. The research presented reaction and responses of key players to important events and revealed reasons and motives which influenced these reactions.
