Procurement Decisions of the U.K. Government during COVID-19.

Abstract

Evaluate and analyse UK government decisions during the COVID-19 crisis by reviewing those decisions and comparing them to government procurement laws and procedures. Moreover, suggesting some solutions and applying one of the procurement theories to deal with such decisions to organize them further.
