dc.description.abstractThe study aimed to discover the effectiveness of electronic training for administrative staff in universities. The study used descriptive and analytical methods to analyse the data. The study population consists of employees working in universities as administrators. Employees were selected from a university in Saudi Arabia and a university in Britain. The researchers used the stratified random sampling method. A questionnaire was distributed to all members of the study population on the two Fridays, and it constituted 160 from the university in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, 27 from the university in the United Kingdom, which indicates a response rate of 187 respondents. The results of the study showed that there is a correlation between web-based training and the acquisition of knowledge of the administrative employee and the effect on his behaviour and level of productivity. The results indicated that 4.59 out of 5 who received e-training found that e-training helped them develop and affected educational outcomes and performance. This evidence confirms the effectiveness of training with regard to enhancing employee performance development.
