Illegitimate Entry and the Protection of Home Space: A Study of Constitutional Conventions in Saudi Arabia and the United Kingdom
Abstract
This study focuses on the constitutional protection of homes in the Saudi constitutional law and its subsidiary laws compared to the British laws. the study discussed the legal and constitutional articles and provisions which stipulate the sanity of the home. Then, it dealt the requirements related to the legitimate entry of the law enforcement officers into the home, and then in separate chapters it dealt with some matters related to who has the right to issue a search warrant, the legal periods for the validity of the warrant, and regulate the entry of the dwelling by criminal officers, searching the woman and other issues related to these matters.
