Given the current housing shortage in Saudi Arabia, the government has recently made significant investments in public sector housing projects across the country. To maximize the efficiency of these investments, the problem of construction project delays must be overcome. Therefore, this research project identified critical delay factors in public sector housing construction projects in Saudi Arabia, and to mitigate or avoid construction delays.
