dc.description.abstractAim: the study aiming to measure the difference of eye care services in the two countries Saudi Arabia and Scotland. The difference of health care system and how to achieve World Health Organization 2020 vision. Method: the study is a lecture review in data based on latest research and government data about health care services. Results: the result shows a difference between both health care services and eye services in both countries. The difference shows the way how the health care system work and the problems with the system. Conclusion: the health care system in Scotland faces financial pressure and aging population problems. The Saudi health care system need to immediate change in health structure and need implantation of orthoptics professionals in the system.
