Abstract
The study aims to identify the impact of e-commerce in the retail sector on brand and customer relationships. Ecommerce has changed the scenario of the retail sector. Companies are getting benefits by connecting more with consumers and delivering satisfactory goods.
The scholar applies the positivism philosophy that has helped in involved facts and figures which has supported in gaining the valid outcome. Secondary sources are being used in this research which helped in getting the current facts topic. The present research analyses the data by using secondary analysis technique.
The research results indicate that e-commerce has a positive impact on the retail business in KSA. The increasing interest of consumers in online shopping has given an amazing experience to the consumers. People are getting desired goods and they are building a strong relationship with the brand. This study is significant for the retail firms in KSA and other areas as they can improve their relationship with consumers by improving the quality of their products and delivering the best quality goods on time to buyers.
