Abstract

we do investigation by using two plasmid (puc19 +pex168)for detection specifcity and sensetivity of covid 2 virus in wuhane sequence by using Q PCR and from these analysis we reached into the ability of pcr to detect covid virus around 94% by result in standard curve .
