Building Database in Cherith Simmons

Abstract

Cherith Simmons Learning & Development is an organisation which provides professional development programmes for individuals which cover leadership and management. They currently work with many organisations within the public sector such as government councils such as Wycombe District Council and Surrey Country Council as well as the NHS (Cherith Simmons Learning and Development, 2020). While they are successful in the public sector, they aim to expand to the private sector. Currently the presence of Cherith Simmons in the social media is minimum, which will be an obstacle for them to attain new clients especially in the private sector. One of their objectives is to collect and build a database of clients from the private sector. In order to achieve this, they must operate an effective strategy to attract clients.
