Some of the benefits which derive from the use of web systems include the storage of learning materials as well as allowing communication with students located in different regions. The specified research population consisted of college and university students enrolled in e-learning courses at King Abdulaziz University and Al-Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University, both of which specialize in providing e-learning to a large number of their students. A total of 125 students were targeted from each of the universities. Database journals are regularly used for purposes of assignments, however many respondents said that they do not regularly use database journals for exam references. The research also discovered that e-learning has motivated scholars learning because the respondents showed that learning technology in the university is effective. Additionally, the results showed that the learners find instructional technologies to be effective in computer-based learning environments.
