dc.description.abstractAbstract: The purpose of this study is to measure the satisfaction level for residents who are living or tend to live in high-rise buildings in the city of Dubai. This purpose was achieved by determinate the main factors that attract people to high-rise buildings, explore the level of residents’ satisfaction in terms of design, services, environment, and social interaction, and value. It also identifies the residents’ preferences and expectations in high-rise buildings. An online survey was used to collect data from participants. The total number of people who participate in this study and completed the survey was 98 participants. The result shows that the participant level of satisfaction was satisfied, the main attraction was the location, and most participants prefer to have more unit space.
