dc.description.abstractExecutive summary Mission: We aim to collaborate with schools to enhance student results and overall school achievement by using a comprehensive, evidence-supported improvement structure customised to each school's specific requirements. Problem Identification and Market Opportunity: The private education sector, particularly K-12 schools, is rapidly expanding due to undergoing a transformation in Saudi’s education sector. However, these schools face challenges such as meeting accreditation standards and competing with international entrants. This creates a demand for consulting services to provide tailored strategies to help schools achieve their goals. Value Proposition: Our value proposition revolves around three core offerings: 1. Comprehensive Improvement Framework using the DMEE framework to improve student achievement and school system efficiency. 2. Collaborative Consulting Approach engaging school leadership, teachers, and administrative staff in a practical and culturally relevant process. 3. Flexible Service Packages, including General Assessment, Basic, and Full consulting packages tailored to schools' needs and budgets. Market Strategy: Empower Education Consulting aims to reach out to private K -12 schools in Riyadh, using the founders' broad network and expertise in the education sector to establish trust and credibility. Its marketing approach centres on engaging digitally, creating content, and nurturing relationships to attract potential clients. By positioning itself as a specialised provider offering a unique framework for improvement, the company sets itself partially apart from competitors, making a solid case for schools to opt for its services. Financial projection: Our financial model projects that we will achieve profitability by the third year of operation, with revenue streams generated from our three service packages. We have planned a sustainable growth trajectory, balancing initial marketing and operational capabilities investment with careful cost management. The primary funding for the first phase will come from the founders' capital, supplemented by reinvested earnings as the business grows.
