Abstract

This research project analysed job performance of Saudi employees working remotely during the Corona pandemic in small and medium-sized Saudi companies. The focus was on three main points affecting performance: work engagement, motivation, and challenges. The research method was a self-administered questionnaire that was used to quantitatively collect primary data. The number of responses reached 222 participants who demonstrated. The survey indicated that Saudi employees are willing to and desire to work remotely. However, some challenges that need to be addressed include poor communication, which affects their job performance.
