My dissertation is about the authorship in the new technology, in regards to Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. Technology has evolved into unprecedented stages. The law must keep pace with these developments and provide a safe environment for users, programmers and inventors to continue technical advances in science. Intellectual property rights laws ensure progress and development in science, not a stumbling block to these developments. my research focuses on the point of studying the nature of AI work and its impact on intellectual property rights and shed the light on the current intellectual property laws in America and Europe to examine the need of deeper explanations to match the speed of technical developments, or the need of drafting new laws.
