Abstract

This study aims at exploring the Saudi Arabian Hospitality and Tourism Industry’s performances for attracting tourists from across the world. In this case, qualitative research has been conducted with the use of data collected from secondary sources, which further worked on demonstrating the impact that communication, innovation, and technology posed on the overall performances of the industry. It has further helped in understanding that the research questions related to the same have also been adequately inferred from the context of the marketing mix and especially word-of-mouth communication. All these could be easily managed with the effective use of traditional means of communication in the past, which had later on been integrated with the implementation of modern approaches, such as the usage of the internet and digitized means in the long run.
