UNCOVERING THE CHALLENGES FACING THE ADOPTION OF ELECTRONIC HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT (E-HRM) IN THE MISITRY OF HEALTH
Abstract
HRM implementation in MoH of Saudi Arabia. Therefore, research took social constructionism epistemological position for this research to explore the cultural, social and pollical issues attachment with implementation. Additionally, qualitative research method with inductive research approach is being employed to propose as best e-HRM framework for MoH.
