dc.description.abstractThe research found some key findings concerning employee retention strategies in the US aviation industry. The research method is a critical review using secondary data. Since this sector has highly demanding schedules and stressful workloads, work-life balance, adequate creative compensation, and career development opportunities were seen as beneficial. The consideration of both financial and non-financial benefits can help US aviation firms retain their skilled workers.
