Abstract

1 Introduction The main focus for any organisation or business is to accomplish its goals and objective successfully by overcoming challenges. There are different ways of identifying challenges and business consultancy report is one of them. In this business consultancy report, the discussion will be done on identifying the strategic issue which is faced by a production company named Resource production in its non-profit project called Berkshire Film office. Moreover, at the end of the report some recommendations will also be suggested for the company that can be used for mitigating with the challenge.
