CBT app for Automatic Thought
Abstract
This paper talks about the CBT app, which is a prototype app for dealing with Automatic Thoughts that occur within people. We will discuss the solution that is currently available dealing with Automatic Thoughts alongside how the app was built to develop this solution. We will also examine the app’s program environment design called MIT App Inventor. The goal of the paper is to take an already exciting solution to the Automatic Thoughts concept and transform it into a beneficial app. The paper includes a test to compare the performance of the app versus the paper version. We will provide insight into digital and different health technology alongside an overview of a mental digital health.
