dc.description.abstract | Genome security is very important in many applications and has received far less attention. In this dissertation, we explore different approaches that can be leveraged to achieve genome security including RSA, ECDSA and Merkle Hash Tree (MHT). Then, we implement these approaches and evaluate its effectiveness when it comes to performance, storage and security including confidentiality and integrity. Moreover, we discuss what trade off each approach provides and its applicability. | |
