Abstract
This study aimed to identify the impact of digital transformation in its
dimensions (human requirements, technical requirements, and digital culture) on
human resources practices in its dimensions (selection and appointment, training
and development, and performance evaluation) at the Health Holding Company in
the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The study followed the descriptive quantitative
approach, and data were collected from a stratified random sample of 385
respondents working in the Health Holding Company to ensure representation of
different employee categories. The results were analyzed using PLS4 software to
verify the hypotheses. The results indicated that digital transformation has a
positive impact on human resources practices in all its dimensions. The study
concluded that digital transformation positively affects selection and appointment,
training and development, and performance evaluation. In light of the results, the
study recommended a set of recommendations, the most prominent of which was
enhancing interest in digital transformation due to its role in positively impacting
human resources practices through the process of integrating digital technology
into various aspects of the company's work to improve efficiency, enhancing
performance, and simplifying operations, which contributes to improving the
quality of services and developing human resources. In addition to the need to
enhance attention to human requirements through the skills and knowledge that
employees must possess to achieve effective digital transformation, this includes
training on new technologies and developing digital skills
