Abstract
This current study aimed to determine the nature of the relationship between intellectual capital (human capital, structural capital, and relational capital), organizational Ambidexterity (exploitation and exploration), and employees' creative performance (idea generation, idea promotion, idea implementation). Additionally, it aimed to assess the impact of intellectual capital and organizational Ambidexterity on employees' creative performance. Data was collected through a questionnaire administered to (323) employees of the Ministry of Islamic Affairs in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The questionnaire was designed using Google Drive, and data analysis was conducted using the statistical software Smart PLS4. The main findings of the study are as follows:
The current study found The results of the current study indicate a statistically significant correlation between the study variables: intellectual capital (human capital, structural capital, relational capital), organizational Ambidexterity (exploitation, exploration), and creative performance employees (idea generation, idea promotion, idea implementation).
The results of the study revealed a significant positive impact of intellectual capital, with its two dimensions (structural capital and relational capital), on organizational ambidexterity, with its two dimensions (exploration and exploitation). Additionally, a significant impact of human capital was found on the exploration dimension, while no significant impact of human capital was found on the exploitation dimension
