Abstract
Lockdown measures did not affect Physical Activity in any of the domains (work, travel to/from places, sport/leisure activity) to such an extent that it was statistically significant (significance: 0.05). However, SB did increase significantly during lockdown compared to Pre-Lockdown levels, increasing from an average of 6 hours (M=5.95, SD=2.91) a day pre-Lockdown to over 7.5 hours (M=7.57, SD=3.78) during the lockdown (t(59) = -4.648,p<0.05). Answers of pre-lockdown questionnaires also suggest that PA-levels were below WHO-recommendations even prior to the lockdown.
