The management research report was aimed at identifying a real world problem with an organization, analyzing it critically and then suggesting ways for improvement. The organization chosen here is Alazzaz Holding Company which has many divisions from consultation to construction. While studying different aspects of Alazzaz like leadership, strategy, training and development, marketing and many more, it was seen that Alazzaz has lesser emphasis on employee training and orientation sessions for proper guidance and growth and development of the employees. The research showed that though the company arranges orientation sessions and trainings, there are many factors reducing their effectiveness.
