dc.description.abstract | The research has outlined the role of AI in improving the effectiveness and efficiency of tourism operations in Saudi Arabia. It emphasized the challenges and benefits of AI in developing the tourism industry in the country. The primary quantitative method of data collection has been used in the research to gain potential data and information for the research. The research has outlined the data that has been evaluated through the survey. It evaluates the impact of the AI in enhancing the customer experience and making the SA as a potential tourism by enhancing the operational activities through AI. A deep discussion of collected data has been conducted and some findings have been identified regarding the SA tourism industry. It is found that AI has helped to increase the overall performance of tourism companies associated with this industry. The analysis of the collected data it is concluded that AI positively helps to increase the growth and development of the Saudi Tourism industry. Some limitations of the research and its future use are highlighted. The recommendation regarding update of the AI algorithm and use of ChatGPT-4 have also provided for the future improvement of the AI model used in this sector. | |
