dc.description.abstract | Current evidence indicates that High-velocity low-amplitude spinal manipulation (HVLA-SM) might not have clinical values in decreasing chronic non-specific low back pain (CNSLBP), nor might it produce a superior therapeutic effect compared to sham HVLA-SM or other recommended physiotherapy treatments. Moreover, it was observed that applying three sessions of HVLA-SM or less per week for up to ten months might not produce significant clinical benefits in reducing CNSLBP. | |
