dc.description.abstract | This research study investigated the relationship between risk management and resilience in the success of civil engineering megaprojects in Saudi Arabia. Using the Sindalah Island Resort as a case study, the study employed the qualitative research approach, open-ended questionnaire to collect data through a Key Informant Interview, and the thematic analysis method, and findings indicate that leadership styles, technological tools, real-time monitoring are crucial to managing risk and recovering from delays and disruptions in megaprojects. | |
