Abstract

Background: Neck pain is a public health problem and a common source of disability.Result: Both groups had significant improvement of pain, disability and psychological factors. Cervical PPT was significantly improved in Maitland group only but the tibialis PPT was significantly improved for both groups.Conclusion: Both mobilization techniques can improve neck pain, Disability and psychological variables with no significant difference between them.
