Abstract
This dissertation examines the impact of Saudi Arabia's accession to WTO on the legal context, economic development, and investment climate prevalent in Saudi Arabia. The research problem fits the gap in knowledge on the degree and effects of legal changes legitimized necessary for the SA market's WTO accession on the nation's economic dynamics and laws. The main goals are to assess these legal reforms by integrating the critical analysis of their impact on economic performance, to explore the link between these reforms and economic indicators, and to investigate the difficulties and contradictions of synchronizing domestic legislation with international commitments in trade. The explicative structure of the work means that the study employed a qualitative approach, using only document analysis and qualitative case studies to paint a picture of the phenomenon under study. Research findings show that WTO accession signifies considerable legal and economic changes; these speak of the gains and losses of the reformation processes. Last of all, the dissertation offers a set of specific tips as to what the further legal and policy action of Saudi Arabia within WTO and, in general, can bring the Members the most efficient benefits, keeping the Saudi Arabian national legal culture and supporting economic growth for the future generations.
